Missions and responsibilities

Assistant to the secretariat of the Process Division, she will monitor 4 departments, representing a population of around 100 people.
She will work in collaboration with 3 other assistants and report to the Division Assistant Manager.

Your main missions will be:
• Welcome and organize the arrival of a new arrival and care.
• Carry out IT requests under ISOLV (PC, telephone, access under W, jeevan etc.)
• Monitor service providers: request in GEST, badge request, PC request, telephone and reception.
• Management and updating of the CV database
• Organize and monitor staff moves, as well as their assignment/return to stock
• Management of access rights under W (creation, deletion, etc.)
• Update WPS on each arrival, departure payrolls / service providers + extensions of service missions
• Organize meetings (reserve rooms, send invitations, order breaks, etc.)
• Help carry out travel/expense reports for employees
• Management of archive returns (request and return)

 

Profile

The position requires a diploma in secretarial work and at least 2 years of experience, as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
You have computer and office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
You have team spirit, an ability to work in a group, and good interpersonal skills. Dynamic and autonomous, you have the ability to organize and identify priorities.
