About the Job : 

Directly attached to the outsourced solutions service, your job mission is to participate to the development of the engineering studies purchase orders and the contracted personnel services purchase orders within TEN France.

 

Your Future challenges :

·  Purchase the subcontracted engineering studies for the different projects, while following the Procurement procedures and purchasing processes, under the Engineering Studies lead Buyer management
·  Purchase Contingent Workers Services for the different projects, onshore and offshore, for home office and sites activities, under the Contracted Personnel lead Buyer management
·  Support Technip Energies projects, with regular communication and reporting to project managers and outsourced solutions manager
·  Build the execution plan of the subcontracted studies, their contractual basis and negotiate the commercial proposals following the project schedule, with the support of the lead buyer
·  Share and bring experience to both teams, updating the know-how and work methodologies, participate to the continuous improvement of the department
·  Participate to procurement strategy, identify the frame agreements to be set up and focus on potential savings and dedicated actions to be driven to reach them
·  Drive Sourcing activities for the dedicated perimeters on both activities
·  Drive Suppliers qualification and evaluation

 

Your keys to succeed :

With a higher education background (General Engineering diploma / Technical master diploma / Business Schools or equivalent), you have at least 2 years’ experience in the field of Subcontracts or Purchasing, ideally in the Energy field.

You are familiar with ERP and tender management tools. Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.

Your autonomy, your leadership and your ability to communicate and negotiate will enable you to succeed in this position. You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment and your English is fluent.
