YOUR ROLE

·  Responsible for achieving production KPIs such as WWS , Output , DMV (Direct and Indirect Material Cost) and SML (Slow Moving Lot) .
·  Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong character in order to meet targets and drive team performance.
·  Act as an expert in managing and controlling the production line according to Lean Manufacturing best practices , including Heijunka implementation, DA Kanban, FIFO, and plasma staging time control.
·  Independently liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IE, Planning, Maintenance, and Engineering to develop solutions and contingency plans. Lead recovery plans in cases of bottleneck shutdowns or quality issues.
·  Proficient in systems and tools such as FW Web Report, MILS, MIDAS, DIT , and able to prepare reports using Excel, PowerPoint and Word .
·  Ensure the team strictly adheres to equipment, process, and safety procedures , and manage emergency processes in the event of major incidents.
·  Work with cross-functional departments to ensure certification criteria meet process and equipment requirements.
·  Evaluate subordinates' performance and provide development and career advancement plans .

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Is an expert in managing production lines and ensuring that departmental resources (e.g. manpower and materials ) are sufficient to meet required output.
·  Works closely with line leaders and technician leaders to ensure the line is balanced with the right manpower.
·  Closely follows up on subordinates' development and supports multi-skills development and career progression.
·  Coordinates with planners on dice adherence and with material planners to anticipate and address any material shortages.
·  Is able to work independently and quickly provide recovery plans in cases of machine downtime, especially at bottleneck processes or when headcount is impacted.
·  Communicates effectively with internal teams such as Maintenance and Engineering to resolve issues promptly.
·  Efficiently monitors and follows up on the production line to ensure compliance with Lean Manufacturing practices such as FIFO, Mold Kanban and SML.

REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing or equivalent.
·  Preferably with working experience in a manufacturing environment .
·  Strong communication skills and leadership qualities , with high speed of execution.
·  Good self-discipline and the ability to lead by example on the production floor.
·  This position requires working on shift hours.
