YOUR ROLE

As a Etch Equipment Engineer in ST Singapore, you will be responsible for:

·  Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
·  Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
·  Establish effective preventive maintenance program me and troubleshooting guide.
·  Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.
·  Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
·  Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost
·  Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
·  Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
·  At least 2 years relevant working experience in KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 Dry Etching equipment
·  Diploma holder with relevant experiences will be considered.
·  Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.
·  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Good team player
·  Good communication and documentation skills
·  Committed and Hardworking
