Job Title: SPC & Transfer Project Engineer
Job Summary
The SPC & Transfer Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring robust Statistical Process Control (SPC) governance and supporting end‑to‑end technology transfer activities, ensuring compliance to transfer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statistical Process Control (50%)
· Evaluate user request for approval in electronic systems and create, manage, and maintain control charts in SPACE.
· Review control charts, process capability indices, and trend data to identify abnormalities, drifts, or out-of-control events.
· Participate in cross-functional investigations into SPC excursions and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Provide coaching or as a referent to teams on SPC fundamentals, data interpretation, and system usage (SPACE / eCAP).
· Participate in ISO/IATF compliance audits and customer audits.
2. Transfer Project (50%)
· Support technology transfer activities for new products in accordance with OP31 requirements.
· Quality Representative in project/transfer meetings to align information with team members, track deliverables against milestones, and proactively mitigate constraints.
· Participate in the review of transfer documentation, reports, and risk assessments at various stages of the technology maturity.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, Industrial/Manufacturing, or related discipline.
· Highly proficient in statistical analysis and methodologies with background in applied statistics.
· Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
· Strong communication and facilitation abilities, able to lead structured discussions across teams.
· Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation practices.
