Job Functions
· Establish, maintain, and sustain appropriate Quality Systems, including:
· Nonconforming material management (MRB)
· Internal audits
· Handling of sporadic quality events using structured problem‑solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Map) and standalone action plans.
· Maintain and continuously improve fab quality metrics.
· Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
· Manage nonconforming material (MRB) and outgoing quality, including:
· Lot disposition based on outgoing defect inspection result in compliance to Visual SOP.
· Timely update of the MRB tool with clear lot disposition instructions.
· Timely Quality Alert raised for non-conform lots move out of fab and close-loop communication with the external parties (e.g EWS, Back-end, Div QA...etc).
· Lead to achieve a consistent high standard in MRB meeting to establish in-depth risk assessment, identify correct impacted lots and drive towards sustainable corrective/preventive actions.
· Support audit activities (customer, certification, and internal), including preparation, on‑site support, follow‑up, and closure of actions.
· Perform internal audits of systems and processes to verify compliance.
· Use audit results and quality monitoring to drive continual improvement across the fab.
· Support new technology transfer to set up the OQC process flow in fab and benchmark with sending plant (e.g. recipe, control plan, inspection methodology, DOLI management & authorized rework.)
Job Requirements
· Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
· Hands‑on experience with quality systems (e.g., 8D, MRB, internal audits, QMS procedures, control plans, SPC, FMEA) in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
· Strong personality, high integrity, and good interpersonal skills.
· Fast learner, independent, and able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
· Detail‑oriented and self‑driven, capable of working with minimal supervision.
· Knowledge of structured problem‑solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause, RCA, Cause Map) is an advantage.
· Good computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, POWER BI ..etc.
· Understanding/knowledge/certification of Quality Systems (e.g., VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) is an added advantage.
· Basic knowledge of semiconductor front‑end manufacturing is beneficial.
· Job grade::13.
