YOUR ROLE

·  Understand the performance and characteristics of various Epitaxy Equipment during PM & CM cycles.
·  Learn how to analyze the Maestria/ Estar system.
·  Characterization and Optimizing key performance behaviors of equipment using analysis tools
·  Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and basic electronics troubleshooting.
·  Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematic.
·  Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for Epitaxial process. (MSDS)
·  Involvement in certain key projects / SMED or A3 workshops
·  Involvement in tool conversion from 6 to 8” wafer size.
·  Involvement on tool upgrades.
·  Learn to install and reload equipment software.
·  Learn to use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology.
·  Generic Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) training.

You will gain Technical Skills and Competencies in

·  Interpret of schematic diagrams.
·  Epitaxy equipment.
·  Maestria analytical methodology tools for troubleshooting.
·  MSDS for the gases used in EPITAXY.
·  SMED and A3 workshop.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  A bachelor's degree in mechanical design, Electrical and/ or Electronics Engrg, Mechatronics (Any of these three choices)
·  Good behavior in terms of following the ST HR rules and regulations.
·  Good interpersonal skills.
·  Able to communicate with various groups of people.
·  Pro-actively participating.
