Epitaxy Engineering

6/8 Process Engineer, Epitaxy

·  Perform fault detection improvement in different process and equipment types.
·  Learn Fault Detection Control methodology and use analytic software to improve process and equipment control.
·  Study process characteristics and analyse monitoring strategy setup and data trends to optimize control limits and monitoring method eg. develop new strategy
·  Develop fault detection improvement roadmap and drive its implementation with process and equipment engineers.
·  Optimization data mining process and lead digitalization improvement programs

You will gain Technical Skills and Competencies in

·  Wafer fabrication process
·  Epitaxy Si and SiC reactors process and equipment
·  Statistical Process Control and Fault Detection Control methodologies
·  Understand characteristics of various processes thermal cycles, input parameters eg. pressure, gas and their influence on output results
·  Opportunity to learn and practice MAESTRIA software, 8D, FMEA methdologies
·  Opportunity to setup Fault Detection Control in new start-up equipment

Requirements

·  A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design and Manuf. Engrg, Electronics & Data Engineering or equivalent
·  Ability to learn new concept, systematic and have good analytical skills.
·  Able to work in cross functional teams and with good interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multi-task.
·  Self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind.
