YOUR ROLE

Act as process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.

Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and timely implementation of effective solutions.

Manage new equipment qualification and liaise with maintenance until the tool is released to production.

Plan, organize and provide technical support and expertise on assigned tools to Assistant Shift Process Engineers and Technicians.

Provide training to Shift Engineers, Technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capability and equipment knowledge.

Implementation and review FDC/APC setups for manufacturing tools.

Translates the requirements of Production and IE needs to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.

Participate in cost reduction projects to improve cost efficiency

Review equipment downtime pareto reports and perform analysis analyzing on chronic or recurring issues.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Degree in Material Science/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/ Chemistry or a related discipline

0 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Wet Equipment / processes is an advantage

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical & problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Good knowledge of statistical tools, problem solving tools, FMEA and 8D.
