YOUR ROLE

The Capacity Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team for capacity expansion. This position also has a key role in Fab capacity strategy making and capex proposals

Primary Job Functions:

·  Ensure capacity modelling database integrity
·  To perform capacity analysis during planning cycle and various scenarios for mid/long term loading plan
·  Work on Capex proposals and space management
·  Review with Management on the proposed strategy and capacity outlook
·  Lead Programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency; Productivity improvement

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
·  3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
·  Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
·  Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
·  High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
·  Proficient in Business Communication and Written skills.
