· Do you have a deep experience as a trainer?
· Do you have a proven luxury retail sales experience (jewelry or watches experience is plus) ?
· Do you have strong facilitation & coaching skills?
· Are you PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
· Are you a good communicator both in Japanese and English?
· Are you good at multi-tasking and solid coordination?

What are we expecting from you?
VCA Trainer’s mission is to deliver VCA trainings to instill our identity and key selling ceremony, which brings to an excellent client experience differentiated from our main competitors.
· You will refine and facilitate various in-class room as well as on-line training programs, which is globally and locally created, by ensuring and achieving the goals of the training programs
· You will design and/or localize training contents, seminars, and workshops to meet our local needs.
· You will monitor client barometer and mystery shopping as a tool to improve our client experience.
· You will administer all logistics, such as pre and post training communication with the participants and stakeholders, booking training venue, and catering etc.
