Job description

As Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will support the elaboration and execution of the Retail Trade Marketing plan for the French Market boutiques in collaboration with the Clienteling Manager providing customer analysis and monitoring KPIs and ROIs. You will define and execute External Boutiques and Wholesale Marketing and Communication plans in close collaboration with sales managers. You will collaborate closely with the local retail and wholesale teams, all boutiques and Montblanc Headquarters.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1) Retail Activations

·  Organization and execution of retail events or other marketing activities in boutiques for all client segments in close collaboration with the Clienteling Managers.
·  Monitoring of events and activations actions. 
·  Monitoring of competition Client Experiences.
·  Proactive and constant research of new suppliers and partnerships to elevate Client Experience and budget optimization.

 

2) CRM

·  Support Clienteling Manager with client analysis to participate in the elaboration and execution of the clienteling strategy and to understand behaviors, risks and opportunities.
·  In charge of eDM campaigns. 
·  Support Wholesale partners with their Newsletters strategies.

 

 

3) External Boutiques & Wholesale Marketing

·  Definition of marketing and communications plans per boutique in close collaboration with partners and Montblanc EB Sales Manager to reach sell out targets and local brand awareness.
·  Ensure respect of Brand Guidelines and retailization of the external boutiques activations and events.
·  Creation of toolkits and sales supports materials for partners.
·  Definition, execution and budget management of the wholesale marketing plans for the wholesale network.
·  Marketing main contact for the two Sales Managers.

 

4) Budget Management

·  Support the Clientelling Manager for Budget Management of the Events & Activations budgets. 
·  Support the EB Manager with the Marketing Contribution budgets of the external boutiques. 

 

PROFILE

 

·  You have a first successful experience in trade marketing (CRM, retail activations). 
·  You have a knowledge/good understanding of the luxury industry.
·  You are familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce). 
·  You are rigorous and have a strong ability to synthesize information. 
·  You are recognized for your excellent oral and written communication skills and your ability to build relationships.
