BE PART OF OUR TEAM
The purpose of this position is to partner with the Talent Acquisition team in supporting all functions within the Richemont Oceania organization on the sourcing and screening of candidates to generated a shortlist of candidates for open roles and a pipeline for future roles.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team, and Hiring Managers where relevant, to understand specific role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, internal databases, and other innovative platforms, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates, crafting compelling messages that highlight Richemont's employer brand and career opportunities.
  • Maintain and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles and critical skill sets.
  • Research and identify new sourcing tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Assist in creating a positive candidate experience from the initial point of contact.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by showcasing Richemont's culture and opportunities.
  • Conduct research or gather insights, such as market maps, to support project outcomes
  • Generate reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline metrics.
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation, reports, or presentations
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and communication between internal stakeholders and partners
  • Coordination of Interviews / Meetings when required
  • Supporting the wider HR team with Ad Hoc duties where required
  • Partner with HR team to ensure onboarding timelines are adhered to



HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To succeed in this role, the intern should ideally possess:

  • An interest in People, Operations and Organizational Structure and the luxury industry
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A curious mindset and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Internship or entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is desirable but not essential
