Richemont Group Technology collaborates with vendors and partners to continuously develop a state-of-the-art technology capability to fuel the Group’s growth. Focusing on strategic vendors, Richemont is looking into the vendors’ strategy, management and innovation to strengthen its performance adopting new ways of working.
We are seeking a highly motivated Reporting and Innovation Intern to support key initiatives related to Strategic Vendors’ performance reporting and the development of innovation with such vendors. The Intern will join Richemont’s Technology department, more specifically the Strategic Vendor Management Office (“SVO”) and be dedicated mainly to Professional Services Strategic Vendors performance and innovation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both data management for performance reporting and innovation process, in close collaboration with the Strategic Vendors Management lead, Technology department and other Group colleagues. The role will report to the Strategic Vendors Senior Manager, it is full-time and based in Geneva. 

 

Key Responsibilities include:

·  Data Management & Reporting
·  Data Collection and Quality: Assist in collection, validation, and cleansing of data related to vendor engagements and performance.
·  Dashboard Implementation: Implement data into existing dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
·  Dashboard Design & Evolution: Participate in the design and evolution of dashboards/reporting tools, contributing ideas for improved visualization and functionality.
·  Engagement and Performance Reporting: support the reporting and analysis of vendor engagement and performance through data analysis and reporting.
·  Innovation Support
·  Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating engagements with various stakeholders involved in the innovation process.
·  Innovation Idea Review:  Support the sharing and review of innovation ideas.
·  Innovation Fund Steering: Contribute to the steering of innovation available/consumed funds, ensuring alignment with existing Master Agreements.
·  Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the innovation process.
·  General Support
·  Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, procedures and data sources.
·  Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.
·  Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

The role requires proven experience and maturity in the below skills:

·  Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Innovation Management).
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
·  Experience in project management.
·  Experience with data-visualization tools (e.g Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  A passion for data and innovation.
·  Fluency in English, French is an asset.
