ALTERNANCE GLOBAL RETAIL PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (H/F)

 

We are looking for a hands-on intern starting from September 2025 to join the dynamic and agile retail team within a fast-paced environment.

The Global retail performance and operations intern will cover the below subjects:

1/ PERFORMANCE

·  Check the daily boutique reports
·  Update and share the weekly-sales report
·  Track the Sales Performance of the Boutiques on monthly basis (monthly dashboard)
·  Compile / update competitor's report as per ad-hoc request
·  Provide the retail team with support on key analysis (omnichannel, manager’s meeting, key insights into specific boutique performance)
·  Monitor incentives at boutiques  & market level

2/ OPERATIONS

·  Check the key rituals (monthly touch-bases, rota, morning brief calendar) of the BTQ colleagues
·  Update the BTQ organization chart on monthly basis
·  Provide Admin support: PO management, vendor creation and extensions
·  Manage the re-order, refill and shipment of non-sellable materials like packaging, VM tools, beverages
·  Make sure digital content (video, music, images) are up to date and in the right format for all the boutiques
·  Provide the Retail Performance & Operations Manager with ad-hoc support for daily operations activities in the stores
·  Help the retail team with the organization of the managers’ meetings
·  Provide the boutiques with daily support

3/ EXCELLENCE

·  Help the Retail Performance and Operations Manager with the development of the retail tools
·  Attend the store reviews and manage the minutes of those meetings
