Internal Communication Specialist (Fixed term contract- 1 year)

Job description

As a member of the Europe Internal Communication team, you will work cross-functionally & across our markets to serve as a valued partner to our Richemont Europe employees, keeping them informed, inspired, and connected to Richemont’s values. This is an exciting position for a digitally savvy, high-energy, and professionally poised individual.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The core mission & responsibilities of the Internal Communications Coordinator as follows:

·  Support the Head of Internal Communications in the planning & execution of communication for internal stakeholders, including our leadership team, centers of excellence, and functions
·  Own communications planning & execution to Europe HQ colleagues via internal communications channels & email
·  Spearhead the development & management of Europe focused internal programming, including roll outs cross Regionally
·  Write, edit, produce, and manage distribution of internal communications content as needed (for example, articles for the Intranet, corporate announcements, presentations)
·  Partner with the Head of Internal Communications to maintain the regional-wide communications calendar, keeping track of what is distributed, when, and in what sequence
·  Partner with the Head of Internal Communications to establish metrics, track progress, develop tools & prepare analytics presentations to improve communication effectiveness
·  Assist in the evolution of the department, including generating fun, creative ideas to enhance employee engagement across broad audiences using various channels
·  Support the Head of Internal Communications in the design, and presentation stylizing of internal branding for employees to understand the latest key messages
·  Provide ad hoc support to the management team in the organization of local HQ events

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  2 – 3 years of professional experience in a related field
·  BA or Master’s Degree in communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, public relations or a related program
·  Detail oriented with excellent writing, editing and event management skills
·  Must be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team where self-sufficiency is essential
·  Able to work on several projects simultaneously from concept through completion
·  Experience with executive presence and stakeholder management with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders (regionally and market)
·  Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite optional 
·  Fluent in English & French
