The Coordinator of Brand Performance is responsible for supporting the Brand Performance team in the advancement of the business and branding goals of Cartier North America.  This role will assist in analysis and reporting related to budget management and cross-functional performance projects, contributing towards the year-over-year success of the business.

 

Main accountabilities/objective of the position:

 

Budget Management:

·  Support the management of the annual and quarterly budget reviews for the Communications department through partnership with key budget stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions
·  Principal user and key stakeholder for the budget management tool (ATHENA), assisting in the identification and resolution of anomalies and contributing to improved ease of use
·  Provide training and support to all Communications teams on the effective utilization of the ATHENA tool, creating user-friendly guides and resources
·  Implement improvements to budget management processes for individual teams, focusing on enhancing transparency through the creation and maintenance of new trackers and streamlined billing processes
·  Ensure all activities adhere to established financial best practices, flagging any potential deviations

 

Brand Performance & Analysis:

 

·  Assist in the rollout of the Brand KPI Framework to all Communications teams
·  Assist in mapping strategic initiatives to the Framework, ensuring alignment with commercial ambitions.
·  Prepare regular updates on performance on the Framework, and competitor initiatives for stakeholders.
·  Facilitate the process of building objectives and measurement plans for all Communications teams and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Framework.
·  Provide training and support to the Communication teams on the usage of the Framework and related processes.
·  Collaborate with HQ to enhance the ATHENA and Looker platforms, supporting the ambition to leverage these tool as the primary reporting source for KPIs.
·  Train and assist Communications teams in effectively utilizing ATHENA and Looker for KPI tracking and reporting.

 

Strategic Planning Support:

·  Support the orchestration and analysis for ad hoc decks and/or presentations (including but not limited to Market Action Plan, Category Action Plan & Business Review). This involves deriving captivating ways to visualize information from various sources to create clear and concise presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations.
·  Work closely with colleagues across functions to gather input, identify synergies, and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
·  Support team meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions to facilitate collaboration.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree required; a background in consulting, marketing, consumer behavior or analytics is preferred.
·  Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience with project coordination, campaign management and/or marketing strategy
·  Analytic experience in developing marketing reporting leveraging measurement tools like Looker or Google Analytics.
·  Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) is required.
·  Experience in a cross-functional team environment. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
·  Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
·  Team player with initiative, meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management and problem- solving skills.
