You have extensive experience in luxury retail or equivalent.

You have excellent analytical skill in both quantitative and qualitative data.

You have strong strategical and performance-driven mind-set.

You have excellent interpersonal communication skill in both Korea and English.

You are proficient in MS office software and other retail program.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

·  Retail Performance Monitoring &  Development: You will manage sales, retail KPIs and BTQ SA’s performance dashboard and periodical report to retail management team. You will set a BTQ performance and KPI target, continuously review and drive performance across sales and retail KPIs and design tailored by BTQ strategies and action plan. You will analyze SA’s performance and development and support BTQ HC planning in terms of BTQ productivity and performance analysis point of view referring to Groom guideline. You will also train BTQ teams on retail performance KPI’s understanding and reports usage to build relevant action.
·  Commissions and Special Incentive Program Management for Boutique Team: You will calculate monthly commission with higher accuracy and special incentive amount for retail. You will propose and manage special incentive program to boost up the specific category of sales or based on the specific needs and analyze and simulate the commission scheme’s criteria to make sure the proper compensation level.
·  Sales Result Analysis and Sales Forecast: You will analyze KPI and market situation and provide 2 times of monthly sales projection. You will lead the process of quarterly/yearly sales target setting and sales forecast and update the LE & BU retail template (local/regional) and regularly share with the retail management. You will analyze forecast accuracy and target achievement progress in a weekly basis.
