In line with Richemont Europe security strategy and objectives, the Security Operations Coordinator leads or collaborates on different security projects within the Region (12 subsidiaries and 23 markets). He represents/assists the Regional Security Manager on a case-by-case basis and in his absence.

Then you must be the right person to join our regional team as Security Operations Coordinator!

 

You will be successful in the role by:

 

·  Being the first point of contact of local security structures for Markets under area of responsibility and ensuring the followup of incident reporting, roll-out of directives, audit action plans…
·  Increasing control and audit and implementing the security guidelines within the Region
·  Ensuring a proper collaboration between all stakeholders (region, markets, brands, external suppliers…)
·  Supporting the implementation of Richemont Security Directives within the Boutique by advising the Brand Managers and reviewing the security concepts (if required)
·  Ensuring that security level complies with the Richemont Requirements on all sites (offices, Customer Service platforms, warehouses…)
·  Advising on security measures and concepts for specific events
·  Developing security initiative and collaborating on regional security projects
·  Supporting the HSE team on occasional projects

 

Your future team members:

 

·  You will report to the Regional Security Manager and will work closely with the Regional Director of physical security, HSE and BOS and the Regional HSE Manager
·  You will be part of the Richemont Europe entity and collaborate with several Richemont functions
·  You will interact with several stakeholders within the Maisons and the Countries 

 

Your skills we are looking for:

 

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
·  A proven experience in physical security operations and good knowledge of security metrics
·  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Excellent presentation and communication skills
·  Results oriented, high energy and selfmotivation
·  Fluent English, good level of French, Spanish or any additional language is a plus
·  Ability to travel in support of business needs
