HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

The job incumbent has to rollout various HRIS solutions in the APAC region and based in Hong Kong to support potentially different countries in the region. He/she will assume the following job responsibilities:

·  Assist in the roll out Group’s Workday solution and guide the countries in adapting to the group solution while accommodating local practice and requirements
·  Assist in the roll out Commission tool such as Varicent, Xactly in the automation of commission calculation in the company
·  Have experience or good understandings in HRIS solutions, preferably Workday
·  Can deliver training to key users and prepare user guides on different HRIS solutions
·  Daily support users from remote locations or onsite in various HRIS solutions like Workday, Commission Calculation Tool and Kronos Time attendance system
·  Familiar with methodology in payroll outsource interface a plus
·  Maintain and manage any possible local solutions (software or hardware) that interact with the HRIS solution landscape
·  Being the key contact of the HR key-users and local management in the HR solution
·  Identify the requests, issues, risks and constraints from the users’ end and work out the possible evolutions and enhancements

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

·  Degree or diploma holder in Information System, HR or Finance discipline
·  Have profound interest in business practices in the HR functional area and the way it is translated in the HRIS solution
·  0-5 years of experience in related field 
·  Have good knowledge in Time attendance software in the market such as Kronos
·  Knowledge in various modules of Workday a big plus
·  Being Patient and can pay attention to detailed commission calculation requirements and can perform thorough testing to make sure result alignment
·  Relate well with people at all levels and possess the flexibility to work cross culturally
·  Excellent communication and organization skills with a high level of commercial understanding
·  Fluent in English and Mandarin
