Operations Supervisor

Role Overview

As an operations supervisor, your mission will be to be responsible for boutique operational support. You will assist and report to the Boutique Manger to ensure efficiency of administration, inventory, operations and logistics, while collaborating with the sales team.

 

Responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

·  Strongly contribute to grow Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the Boutique including client events
·  Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors

 

CLIENTELING:

·  In collaboration with the boutique team, participate in all CRM and clienteling initiatives
·  Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects

 

BOUTIQUE PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

·  Partner with management to support overall operations of boutique, as needed
·  Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales: ensure daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to Corporate Offices on time and with accuracy
·  Daily set up and breakdown of boutique for opening/closing as needed
·  Ensure efficient administrative opening and closing of the boutique
·  Oversee inventory control process to prevent stock losses and ensure integrity and quality of stock
·  Ensure image and operational standards according to VAC guidelines (i.e. ordering and restocking supplies, cleaning up, maintain proper workroom organization, product maintenance)
·  Manage all functions of Operations in line with the Maison’s Policy and Procedures
·  Manage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies
·  Ensure effective and flawless compliance audit and present an action plan follow up post audit
·  Maintain strong partnership with Richemont local Finance, Audit & Security teams, while maintaining all guidelines and expectations

 

REPRESENT BRAND IDENTITY – ACT AS A MAISON AMBASSADOR

·  Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community
·  Adhere with Passion to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison

 

TEAM COLLABORATION

·  Develop a positive, trusting relationship with the team
·  Partner with management to identify training needs and coaching opportunities
·  Ensure proper understanding and execution of all brand guidelines and procedures among the team

 

Qualifications

·  3+ years of Operations experience
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - advanced skills in Excel preferred
·  Proven ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
·  High-level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
·  Strong ability to analyze information, identify problems and develop action plans
·  Ability & interest to learn and implement new technology

Expected Salary Range: $32 - $35

 

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
