Marketing Coordinator

Within the Jaeger-LeCoultre North America Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the 360 marketing efforts of the Maison in the Americas region, enhancing Jaeger-LeCoultre’s brand image across platforms and business impact through our network by coordinating Coop Advertising and Events.

 

The successful candidate will ensure the seamless execution of all campaigns with partners across various platforms including print, digital, social, out-of-home, newsletters.. She/He will work in close relationship with HQ teams to elevate and maintain Jaeger-LeCoultre campaign standards to enhance both the brand visibility and business. The candidate will also play a key role in our event’s organization and operation, along with supporting our team and Brand President with travel organization.

 

Responsibilities

MEDIA & COOP ADVERTISEMENT (65%)

·  Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our Media Advertising Coop Campaigns across the Americas region.
·  Coordinate the implementation of each campaign in a timely manner with partners: being proactive to request specs and provide assets.
·  Collaborate with our HQ proactively to discuss upcoming Coop opportunities and creatives.
·  Work with digital agency to develop correct ads/creatives for each advertisement needed.
·  Responsible for invoice payments and tracking, ensuring consistency with finance departments and respecting budgets.
·  Maintain and optimize the Maison’s image on digital platforms including Partner Websites and Virtual Showcases.
·  Coordinate Newsletter campaigns with partners, working closely with our CRM team to make sure our newsletter communications are properly implemented. 
·  Accurately maintain BumbleBee updated at all times to reflect our all of our Coop campaigns with all partners, including events and newsletters.

 

EVENTS & CLIENT ACTIVATIONS  (20%)

·  Assist in the planning and execution of Brand Events and Activations as needed, such as Brand Exhibitions, Travelling Collections, VIC Dinners or other events.
·  Work across all teams (Sales, VM, CRM, Logistics, PR, Retail) with a 360 approach to ensure a seamless execution of each event, including support in production, logistics, security, or any other topic as needed.
·  Follow all procurement guidelines to choose vendors throughout the project and support the onboarding of new vendors if needed.
·  Support the processing of event invoices as needed and keep a close track of all expenses, ensuring the alignment of our expenses and check our tracking on a monthly basis. 
·  Coordinate any logistics of materials from our warehouses to the event site as needed.
·  Compile event recaps and best practices on an ongoing basis during event to then complete a comprehensive.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT  (15%)

·  Assist the Brand President and other team members with administrative tasks including calendar management and travel arrangements.
·  Support with visits from Top Management (CEO/CMO, etc) with agendas, reservations, security and travel coordination as needed.

 

Qualifications

SKILLS

·  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
·  1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising or similar role (luxury experience is a plus)

 

SPECIFIC

·  Ability to translate Global guidelines to Local environments and needs
·  Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (BumbleBee is a plus)
·  Experience with SAP systems (or similar) is preferred
·  Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
·  Flexible schedule and ability to work outside of regular business hours
·  LANGUAGE
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (French is a plus)

Expected Salary Range: $31 - $36

 

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
