JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant (part-time)
REPORTING TO: APAC Omni-Channel Marketing Director
LOCATION: HongKong
ROLE DESCRIPTION The mission of the role is to support line manager on brand retail marketing initiatives and key campaign/activations to carry out the plan and execution for the TimeVallée in respective regions KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
 Good communication skills and relationship building with internal and external key stakeholders.
 Quality execution of brand activations and 360 marketing campaign.
 Strong management skills of project timeline and budget MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Activation
 Key TimeVallée campaigns execution and reporting (by-project basis), including new door opening campaign, Maison partnership activations, 3rd parties’ partnership activation, and TV seasonal campaigns.
 APAC retailer activations management, including retailer and maison in-store activations tracking and reporting monthly. Brand Exposure
 Work closely with retailers, Maisons and landlords to implement feasible process to optimize TimeVallée brand exposure in the respective regions, including store lightbox, digital-in-store brand visuals and OOH. Administrative Support
 Manage vendor contract, PO & payment tracking, and other MKT admin matters.
General Information
PROFILE
 University graduates with at least 3 years’ experience in marketing related fields, within the Luxury Goods industry.

Curiosity to learn and great passion in luxury marketing.

Knowledgeable about China and APAC marketing landscape/trend, capable of exploring new and stay curiosity.

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiar to use tools like Photoshop, Ai, graphic designing skills will be plus.
 Fluent English and Mandarin

Attention to details, possess analytical mind, sensitive to figures, result and action oriented.
 Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
 Team player, creative and well organized.
 Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
