You are a passionate, energetic and organised recent graduate, with a deep passion for fine watches and jewellery.

You will support the Product Managers on their daily missions and work with the Marketing Manager on specific projects.

Your role is to:

·  Monitor, coordinate and follow up all high jewellery stock movements
·  Work with the Marketing Executives to create, validate and format the monthly NSE newsletter, including updates on novelties, events and campaigns
·  Update the Local intranet platform content on a regular basis with price lists, stock lists and product sheets
·  Coordinate printing updating the sales team with the newest sales booklets and printed products portfolio
·  Support the team with general enquiries, especially on PowerPoint presentations

·  Attention to detail
·  Good knowledge of Office pack (Ppt, Excel)
·  Motivation, curiosity and will to go the “extra-mile”
·  Hands-on approach and multitasking
·  Mind set dedicated to team support
·  Good verbal and written skills in English
