MISSION

This role will have the key responsibility to support the Events Project Manager(s) for all events taking place in Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN from conception to execution

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Product-related events to include ‘Pop Ups’ / Exhibitions
·  Retail Partners programming
·  Boutique Animation programming
·  Ad hoc Press Events
·  Vendor sourcing, liaison
·  Preparation of events proposal decks
·  SAP Management to include PO creation / vendor creation / invoice processing etc.
·  Storeroom and Warehouse inventory management

YOUR PROFILE

·  Good communication and presentation skills
·  Creative, meticulous, proactive, and resourceful
·  Organized and attentive to details
·  A positive attitude and willingness to learn
·  Team player with strong collaborative spirit
·  Highly motivated, strong ability to multi-task projects concurrently
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
