Are you a good match?
You have a significant experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain Management in Luxury retail
You have strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
You are sensitive to numbers with strong Retail and financial understanding
You have ASCM CPIM/CSCP or related accreditations preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Marcom Director, Taiwan
Lead Merchandising team. Ensure seamless coordination of end-to-end supply chain activities, aligning them with the product strategy, to effectively maximize sales opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
You will be mainly responsible for:

Distribution Planning
Plan and implement inventory strategies to support local specificities and achieve sales target of all channels, including Typology review, Target stock setting, Peak Seasons/Stock tension management, Boutique opening, etc.
Review business reports to gain insights and adjust allocation strategies for retail channels
Create synergies and effectively communicate with Retail and MarCom teams on sales performance and stock level to maximize sales opportunities

Demand Planning
Foster collaboration across Marketing, Retail & Finance teams and mange key partnerships needed for forecasting & budget planning
Provide strategic direction and long-range demand planning
Identify underlying factors contributing to performance discrepancies and lead resolution process to enhance forecast accuracy

Supply Chain Projects and Improvements
Establish and implement project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time & meet management expectations
Drive the implementation of change management within Operations team, to enhance workflow efficiency and facilitate seamless collaboration with Regional Operations, Richemont Logistics, Warehouse and Boutique teams
