Now has never been a better time to join our Personal Styling team at John Lewis. Working as part of a team in the dedicated Style Studio, this role would involve facilitating a range of six different styling appointments for our customers, using social media to influence and coaching our fashion Partners across the shop floor to promote the services available.

Having your own individual style profile, customers will be able to select you for appointments, giving you the ability to build your own client base across womenswear and menswear. You will use knowledge and expertise in colour analysis, body shape profiling and consultative selling to generate sales across the fashion floors and deliver a market leading customer experience.

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate would lead the way in both styling and influencing, having their own unique style with the ability to help others find their true style. and support our customers in becoming the best version of themselves.

You will embody customer centricity adapting your appointment to the needs of your customer and ensuring they leave the branch with an unforgettable market leading customer experience.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Ability to style across both womenswear and menswear.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Completed the John Lewis Personal Styling training programme or at least 5 days formal training with a recognised image consultancy.
- Experience in colour analysis, body shape profiling and fashion styling.
