Role Title: Customer Delivery Hub- Electrical Installation Auditor
Position: Permanent Partner
Salary: £32,600.00 - 41,600.00, Annual
Location: Mobile Worker
Hours of Work: Full Time, 41 Hours, working 4 days a week (including 1 in 3 Saturdays)
This is a hybrid working role , therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and travelling to additional locations.
Please note that you could be required to travel to 2 to 3 locations per week. Our Customer Delivery Hubs are located across England and Scotland, so overnight stays will be required for this role (this can be discussed further at the interview stage). Due to the nature of this role we require all applicants to be over 18 to apply
About the role

Our Electrical Installation Auditors will oversee the installation of electric cooking/ lighting/ hardwired appliances. You will provide outstanding auditing, training, and technical support for our 19 John Lewis Customer Delivery Hubs.
As an Installation Auditor, your responsibilities will be:

Support Customer Delivery Partners in their domestic appliance installation duties through coaching , assessing and technical support.

Supervise domestic appliance installations through the auditing of Installation Images.
·
Provide Technical support by phone or video call to Customer Delivery Partners.
·
Stay compliant with regulations to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
·
Travel to various sites as needed, managing your schedule and accommodation.
·
Promoting the John Lewis brand with professionalism and courtesy to road users.
·
Complete audits of CDH ISI&T processes

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
·
Previous customer service experience
·
Great communication skills with Coaching or assessor experience
·
Able to evidence the skills, knowledge and ability to complete the replacement of domestic light fittings, accessories and cooking appliances
·
No driving disqualification of up to 12 months within the last three years.
·
Previous experience in the delivery and installation of domestic electrical products
·
Inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical products (Minimum of one year experience)
·
PC literate and familiar with Google Suite applications such as sheets, forms and calendars
