Location - Coulsdon, CR5 2HR
Contract Type - Permanent Roles
Working Pattern: Full time PM shifts (starting anywhere between 12pm & 3pm, 8 hours per shift) and various AM & PM Part time hours available
The recruitment rate for this role is £13.92 per hour.

About the Role:
As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be the friendly face of our business – the helpful driver who delivers the unique blend of quality and outstanding service that you expect from Waitrose & Partners, right to our customers’ doors.
This is a really important ‘front line’ role that is a crucial part of our online operation, where you will be key in supporting our online growth ambitions. You will represent us with every single customer you meet, and their impression of Waitrose & Partners is down to you!
Working at Coulsdon CFC is a unique Partnership experience that locates you in a purpose built site that is closed to the public, with bespoke equipment to maximise your ability to deliver market leading service to our customers.
This job will require manual lifting of crates and delivering into houses and flats.

Duties & responsibilities:
Your role will be to deliver goods to our customers in and around Central London, with exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with our customers, demonstrating flexibility and integrity, whilst being legally compliant in your duties.
The Delivery Driver should always aim to exceed customer expectations and be able to use initiative to deal calmly with unexpected situations. A Driver Assessment will be required for this role.
Essential skills you’ll need:

Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with no more than 6 penalty points.
