Opportunity is calling as we seek a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role will commence from 13 January 2025.

Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District. Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. The Role:
As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you will play a supporting role in the execution of Hotel marketing and communication activities. Creating collateral on property and shooting and producing content for Social Media, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about content creation and keeping up to date with the latest trends. This is a role for a creative individual that is looking for an avenue to produce quality content and gain further exposure in the Marketing field. With a natural ability to create engaging content, you will manage the content calendar, scheduling content production for the Hotel including five bars and restaurants.

Responsibilities Include:

· Assisting the Director of Marketing Communications with the execution of all marketing activities ensuring maximum awareness, revenue and ongoing support across all market segments.
· Coordinate the marketing function including of updating relevant websites and monitoring both third party and competitor websites to source new promotional opportunities
· The updating and production of collateral
· Preparation of design briefs for the Graphic Designer
· Community management responsibilities, including responding to queries, sharing of UGC, leveraging influencer and KOL activity and using trends to inform content
· Create and manage the content calendar, scheduling, and content production for the hotel and five bars & restaurants
· Shoot and produce high quality content (both video and stills) for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are open to TikTok.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

· A passion for content creation and the skills to develop engaging content
· Prior marketing experience is desirable
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
· Valid working rights in Australia
· The availability to work 38 hours per week according to business needs
