Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Main Duties
o To keep all passports in a safe in the Human Resources Office.
o To apply for a work visa before the arrival of the new employee, to allow entry into the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and annual renew of work permits.
o To apply for a residency visa once a new employee has started at work.
o To arrange for medical check-ups.
o To apply for a visit visa for direct family members of hotel employees (subject to approval by the Director of Human Resources).
o To trace visit visa expiry to avoid “overstays”.
o To cancel visas and all related documentation.
o To arrange the release of visas for eventual transfer.
o To keep a joint file with Payroll, ensuring that all necessary documents for Immigration purposes are in the file (original contract, copy of health card, passport copy, photographs, immigration-related documents, etc.).
o To assist with the implementation of all associate communications.
o To assist in organizing regular associate sports and social activities.
o To ensure a strong professional relationship with all levels of associates within the hotel.
o To respond to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company, and hotel.
o To carry out, any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Human Resources Division.
· General
o To report for duty punctually wearing smart attire according to the Hotel's dress codes and nametag at all times.
o To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
o To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the department and all other departments.
o To attend and contribute to all staff meetings, Departmental and Hotel Training scheduled, and other related activities.
o To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
o To respond to any changes in the office function as dictated by the hotel.
o To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

· Ability to handle a fast-paced international environment
· Essential multi-tasking skills
· Previous work experience in a legal environment
· Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products
