Job Title: Outlet General Manager – Casa Boho
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage
Location: Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort (Casa Boho)
Position Summary:
The Outlet General Manager for Casa Boho is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of Casa Boho, a signature rooftop lifestyle dining and bar concept. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial goals, driving brand identity, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
·
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the outlet across all shifts.
·
Maintain high service and hygiene standards in accordance with brand and company expectations.
·
Coordinate with culinary, bar, and service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
·
Monitor guest feedback platforms (e.g., Medallia, TripAdvisor) and lead service recovery efforts.
People Management
·
Recruit, train, coach, and lead a diverse team of service and bar professionals.
·
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training plans for career development.
·
Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork.
Financial & Business Management
·
Achieve outlet revenue targets, manage cost of sales, payroll, and operating expenses.
·
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with Marketing and F&B leadership.
·
Analyze P&L reports, implement corrective actions as needed, and maximize profitability.
Guest Experience & Brand Positioning
·
Uphold and evolve Casa Boho’s identity as a vibrant, trendy, and memorable destination.
·
Ensure brand alignment in service style, music, atmosphere, uniforms, and overall ambiance.
·
Drive repeat business and brand advocacy through guest engagement and local community involvement.
Compliance & Standards
·
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
·
Maintain all operational SOPs, checklists, and audit documentation.
·
Participate in hotel leadership meetings and interdepartmental coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
·
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, rooftop bar, or lifestyle venue.
·
Proven experience in managing both FOH and BOH operations.
·
Strong knowledge of F&B trends, mixology, and restaurant technology systems.
·
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·
Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus.
·
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
