As a Spa Reception Trainee, you’ll be the welcoming face of Oasis Spa. You’ll learn how to provide exceptional guest care while supporting the smooth operation of our spa reception—right at the intersection of luxury service and holistic well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to spa guests, ensuring each arrival sets the tone for a relaxing and personalized experience.

Assist with appointment scheduling, check-ins and check-outs, both in person and over the phone, while upholding the highest brand standards.

Maintain a calm and organized reception area, preparing treatment schedules and coordinating with spa therapists and wellness professionals.

·
Stay informed about spa treatments, promotions, and wellness offerings to provide accurate recommendations and guidance.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience throughout their stay.

Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For:

·  Full-Time Commitment : This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
·  Our internship programs require 6-month availability.
·  Educational Collaboration : You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
·  Work Authorization : You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
·  Relevant Career Path : Your studies should be related to the internship.
·  Language Skills : Advanced English and good Spanish is a highly valued.
·  Passion for Learning : We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
