We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our team in delivering inspiring communications to both domestic and international audiences. This role centers on administrative tasks while assisting across PR, digital, and promotional activities.

* General admin: scheduling, minutes, invoices, expenses, data management

* Coordination with internal teams (F&B, Rooms, Sales) and external partners (media, agencies)

* Supporting presentation and reporting materials

* Assisting with website and social media updates

* Preparing for media coverage, managing archives

* Attending and coordinating photo and video shoots

* Supporting events and promotional initiatives

Desired profile

Qualifications :

■Experience in clerical or admin work (any industry)

■Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

■Highly Communication skills : Japanese (native level), English (business level)

■Teamwork oriented
