Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Vice President Marketing Performance and Culture Lead.
Responsibilities:
· Spearhead Brand Activation marketing efforts to align with Global HSBC objectives, including overseeing Global sponsorship agreements and campaigns.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Plan (including ROMI and achievement of marketing campaign targets) for digital media campaigns aimed at acquiring and engaging end customers on digital platforms.
· Create and implement an end-to-end Internal Marketing and Culture campaign strategy to support the IWPB and Network team, enhancing staff engagement as campaign advocates and sources of word-of-mouth marketing internally.

Key qualifications include strong analytical abilities, proficiency in digital/online marketing tools, and an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration, along with a proactive, innovative problem-solving approach. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business is typically required, with a preference for advanced qualifications in digital marketing or brand management.
