We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Product Manager
In this role you will:
· Act as product owner within one sub-value stream, covering one or more products.
· Contribute to achievement of objectives and key results of a Sub-Value Stream and use data to inform prioritization and decision making. Maintain a focus on ROI to ensure priorities align to areas of greatest impact through OKRs.
· Represent the voice of the customer and capture their needs.
· Analyze market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities to identify and achieve ways to differentiate and improve customer experience.
· Communicate the product vision and roadmap, validate needs, and showcase journeys to all relevant stakeholders.
· Engage and liaise with key business, technology, and Market stakeholders to capture demand and resolve conflicting priorities.
· Establish the requirements baseline, obtain formal agreement to requirements, and ensure traceability to source in line with change management policy.
· Break down product vision and roadmap into actionable backlog of appropriately sized items that clarify what needs to be done, in what order and how to know it is done correctly (eg Definition of Done).
· Make key decisions (incl. prioritization) based on customer / business needs and analysis-led insights.
· Assure delivered solutions meet business and user needs, and in alignment with goals.
· Ensure capabilities are scalable to drive a consistent digital experience across the Group.
· Define and track feedback channels and metrics to continuously review and improve product performance against customer and business needs.
· Keep up with trends and emerging business models, reimagining how to generate value to the business and to customers. Obsess about how to apply technology and data to solving problems or finding new opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
· Professional proficiency of English.
· Previous experience in Digital Product Management, preferably in Fintech or in Digital consumer product development, eg travel, lifestyle.
· Strong interest in Customer Identity and Access Management.
· Data-driven analytical approach to problem solving, looking to understand the underlying causes, so that we can build a global solution rather than a series of point solutions.
· An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems.
· Experience in a global or regional role, with proven experience in working in a cross-functional matrix environment with market and global teams.
· Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups. Good communication skills for navigating through business requirements, differences of opinion on approach.
· Experience with the range of product development and deployment activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product requirements, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post-launch performance measurement and management.
· Agile acumen and SAFe experience, operating on quarterly planning cycles where your responsibility is to ensure the teams fully understand the priority of the work that they need to pick up, and that it is defined sufficiently for them to estimate accurately and understand any dependencies.
· Experience of Design Thinking and leading run-ahead work to explore new problems or potential ideas, bringing in Design, Analysis, Architecture and Engineering colleagues.
· Good understanding of the bank’s risk framework and experience of working with second line of defense: legal, compliance, financial crime (AML & sanctions), fraud, risk.
· Strong outward focus and grasp of the competitor environment – opportunities, threats, gaps.
· Demonstrable creativity, innovation, curiosity, and a learning mindset.
· Demonstrable adaptability, resilience, and persistence – a ‘can-do’ attitude
