We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Digital Product Manager

Business: Commercial Banking

Principal responsibilities

In this role, you will:

·  Scope, plan and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions/functions
·  Governance - Manage the project governance and reporting ensuring that key governance mechanisms are in place and potential risks are identified and mitigated.
·  Financial Management – ensuring costs are understood, reported and tracked to manage within defined budgets.
·  Organisational Design – contributing towards the design and implementation of new processes including integration of digital capabilities into existing operational areas.
·  Business Transformation Framework – completing all documentation defining the scope and outcomes, as well as tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) regarding the progress and delivery of projects.  Providing updates to senior stakeholders as requested.
·  BAU implementation – Support Commercialisation & engagement with local business teams to launch products and ensure close down of projects; including migration to BAU in respective countries and central teams.
·  Optimisation and Efficiency – in collaboration with Global CMB and Technology sub-functions, executing within the boundaries of other strategic initiatives such as cost streamlining, simplification and process re-engineering

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following 

·  Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Digital change, specifically Digital Payment experience development. 
·  Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Project Manager, Product Owner, Analyst, Consultant
·  Strong understanding and past experience of Agile methodologies and collaborating closely with IT teams is essential
·  Business banking and CMB/GB experience is highly desirable
·  Experience working in Global teams, within a multi-country /multi programme matrix environment is preferred
·  Experience working in relevant market/context i.e. Desktop Internet, Mobile and Digital within Financial Services
·  Experience of working with business analysts and UX designers to create an end to end customer journey
·  Ability to present complex issues confidentially and concisely to senior management using simple language to accommodate globally distributed stakeholders
·  Excellent and demonstrable Stakeholder Management including IT /Risk/Legal/SteerCo forums/Interlocks into other programmes
·  Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem solving techniques
·  A successful track record of delivering complex projects, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success
·  A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
