Performance Services, Digital Business Services
Performance Services (aka CAO Office) provide HASE COO with dedicated, forward thinking, strategic, ad-hoc and operational management support. Performance Services also lead and coordinate all teams in COO office in driving staff engagement, operational support, budget planning & cost management, management information, and business administration. Performance Services also play a key leading role in driving staff recreation activities and events at bank level.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Staff Recreation Manager, to devise and implement the strategic initiatives of staff recreation & well-being and manage bank-wide staff recreational events as well as promoting staff engagement activities.
Principal responsibilities
· Assist manager to devise & implement the strategy in staff recreation and well-being
· Organize and manage bank-wide staff recreation activities to meet/exceed the expected outcome within budget
· Establish and maintain data-driven operations model by enabling MI and analysis of data collected in sport recreation activities
· Support the liaison & coordination with external social association and non-governmental organizations (NGO) to organize staff engagement activities.
Requirements
Requirements
· University degree in any disciplines
· At least 8 years’ in designing and managing sport & recreation activities and event management
· Sound experience in organizing large-scale staff engagement events preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to authentically engage with team, colleagues and business partners to deliver at pace
· Strong analytical and project management skill
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Great growth mindset and resilience to embrace change, overcome challenges and create space for curiosity creativity and connectivity.
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
