We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Software Engineer

·  In priority, focusing on the observability dashboard build on Splunk, covering variable network product and service like DDoS, GIN, Proxy etc;
·  Delivery in AIOPS project(iNOC) that includes multiple development streams(alerting automation, syslog anomaly detection, data pipeline, device health check automation etc);
·  Deliver outcome timely and regular sync-up with product owner and senior managers.
·  Product vision, roadmap and strategy definition and implementation
·  Implement agile way of working, backlog planning and prioritize; lead definition of staffing, responsibility and schedules.
·  Customer management, Stakeholder management
·  Provide proactive support to internal customers from CONN platforms like Core Networks, Network functions, Network Endpoints Connectivity, Contact Centre Infrastructure etc.
·  Drive the internal process optimization such as network device add/update/delete process, monitoring&alerting process;
·  Drive the network operations and documentation standardization globally.
·  API development and system integration.
·  Identify the service improvement opportunity via automation.

Requirements

·  University graduate degree in computer science, information technology, Telecommunications or related discipline
·  Professional in software development and automation scripting via Python, API development
·  Experienced with data processing and visualization in Splunk
·  Good knowledge about data science, machine learning, AI, big data.
·  Basic knowledge about Unix/Linux server
·  Basic knowledge about network products like route, switch, firewall, proxy, DNS etc.
·  Good knowledge and usage experience about variable network management and monitoring tools, such as: Splunk, SevOne, NNMi, 1000Eyes, Cramer etc.
·  Interpersonal skills – demonstrate good judgement, assertiveness, good level of communication, strong and fast learning ability
·  Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all the globe
·  Logical and design thinking and ‘can do’ capability
·  Excellent English language speaking and written skills are essential

What additional skills will be good to have? 

·  CCNA/ CCNP or similar networking certifications
·  Any Programming certification
·  Cloud certification
·  GenAI usage experience
