We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager.  

In this role, you will:     

·  Operate an ‘engine room’ as part of central PPM team generating executive reports, lead the merger of different portfolios into unified reporting.
·  Manage entire lifecycle of consuming data from central systems to providing impactful visualizations & compelling stories while highlighting early warning indicators that provoke decisions that help the portfolio achieve its strategic objectives.
·  Accountable for timeliness and quality of all artefacts produced as part of engine room by driving agile discipline to deliver outcomes at pace & scale with highest quality.
·  Review adherence of programmes to group risk & control standards and review data quality in line with group standards and drive remediation via respective PPM leads.
·  Maintain all artefacts in a structured and disciplined manner for traceability and easy retrieval in case of queries. Implement an archival policy in adherence to group & department requirements.
·  Maintain calendars for governance forums, distribution lists, publish attendance, perform periodic analysis of attendees. Access management to group systems and collaboration portals
·  Training and mentoring members of the team on domain, system capabilities & technical skills to be at their best.
·  Unblock any risks that may hamper planned outcomes & drive priority for optimum utilization. Foster a culture that is driven by great team attitude and excelling performance standards. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:        

·  Clear understanding of technology delivery methodologies (agile & waterfall) & real-world applicability / challenges. Strong business know-how (widely within business, transformation & technology organization).
·  Strong proven experience in delivering technology programmes / projects.
·  Ability to analyze wide range of internal & external data & navigate through uncertainties with a purpose driven mind-set.
·  Ability to stand by the data being reported and being able to walk the data journey to any type of audience.
·  Ability to drive strategic priorities within delivery journeys to deliver tangible business outcomes.
·  Biased towards customer service, eye for detail to ensure that all outputs are delivered to perfection.
·  Excellent in Ms. Office suite with proficient Ms. PowerPoint & presentation skills
·  Communicate key findings & insights to senior stakeholders & peers, both conversationally & in formal presentation style
·  Techincal Skill-
·  SENIOR PMO Role (Between PMO and PM)
·  Handle large sets of data
·  Understand visualization, Dashboards
·  Reporting to Ex co
·  Senior Stakeholder Management
·  Data Analysis, Action items, Value Addition, Story telling, Presentation of Report, insights of Data.
·  Understanding of business flow, methodology.
