In this role you will:

•    Be the product owner for loyalty benefits on credit cards
•    Manage external rewards partners
•    Partner with digital/global teams to solve for customer experience and customer journey on rewards and card benefits
•    Manage the rewards provision line in P&L including monitoring and forecasting
•    Manage and drive execution for rewards communications to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Expert in loyalty/rewards, ideally in financial services
•    Proven strategic thinking 
•    History of digital cards journey management and ability to bring a customer centric approach to journey improvement
•    Excellent time and people management skills with proven ability to deliver multiple initiatives in parallel
•    Experience of building effective networks internally and externally, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same  

This role is based in Birmingham, Leeds or Chester.
