- Assist in troubleshooting and analysis for Development, Cyber and IT Support teams
- Participate in test planning, test execution and contribute to test report generation
- Assist in admin work for the IT team, tracking status, coordination of simple activities
- Other related simple tasks for IT Team

Information

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Good research skills and ability to learn quickly
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of programming languages, databased and other IT topics is an asset
- Knowledge of banking / financial services is an asset
