We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of   Senior Software Engineer.

Business: Group Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

This role will focus on application and system testing including but not limited to 
• Work with the Business Analyst to understand the application logic. 
• Develop testing scripts for test automation
• Develop test cases including happy flow and non-happy flow
• Develop test plans for non-functional requirements including performance and resilience.
• The successful candidate should show extensive experience in testing tools and programming languages: Python/Jmeter/Selenium. Strong problem solving skill would be one of the soft key capability. Nice communication skills and experience in communicating with senior stakeholders are preferred. 
• Providing Expertise: Serve as a go-to resource for technical advice, helping to solve complex problems and provide insights.
• Research and Analysis: Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to satify new project demand.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with different stakeholders and provide technical support, clarification, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document technical processes, procedures, and best practices. Ensuring that valuable information is captured and shared effectively within the organization.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. Identify root causes, propose solutions, and guide the team in implementing effective resolutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with various cloud native technologies, including Kubernetes, Google Cloud, ...
• In-depth knowledge of in testing tools and programming languages: Python/Jmeter/Selenium.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD.
• Ability to manage the discussion with non-IT business users and senior stakeholders.
• Unwavering integrity and commitment to following company policies and security procedures.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive diverse, multi-regional teams.
