We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Financial Services Specialist - MPF PHASE 2A TRANSFER IN.

Principal responsibilities

·  Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA.
·  Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work.
·  Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements.
·  Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority.
·  Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork.

Requirements

·  College degree or above.
·  Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
·  Have good English reading and writing skills.
·  Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy.
·  Flexibility in shift work.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
