We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist .

Business: Wholesale IT  

Principal responsibilities

·  Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure technologies.
·  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
·  Should be hands-on supporting the pods with difficult design issues/bugs/incidents.
·  Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
·  Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
·  Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.
·  Develop and maintain technical documentation.
·  Mentor and train other team members on Microsoft technologies.
·  Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.

Requirements

·  Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
·  Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a deep understanding of its various modules such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.
·  Extensive experience with Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure App Service, and Azure API Management.
·  Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
·  Experience with data modeling, customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365.
·  Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
·  Familiarity with Azure security best practices, including managing and securing Azure resources and data.
·  Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
·  Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·  Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
·  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
·  Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) would be a plus.
·  BFSI experience will be added advantage.
