Job description
Job Responsibilities
The Process Engineer define processes, create procedures, and implement industrial optimizations.
 
Main Responsibilities
 • Define and optimize the production process;
 • Define and optimize the layout of production lines;
 • Workplace ergonomy analysis and optimization;
 • Create work instructions in production processes;
 • Standardization of assembly operations and definition of production capacity target;
 • Identification and elimination of factors that cause reduction of productive capacity;
 • Defining specifications and implementing new technologies in the factory;
 • Participation in the launch of new products;
 • Training the project team on new products;
 • Project coordination (e.g. product transfer, new product launch, significant process or product changes).
Job Profile
Qualifications
 • Bachelor degree in a technical field;
 • MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) – advanced level;
 • Good knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX;
 • English proficiency - advanced level;
 • Experience in production is an advantage;
 • Technical drawing knowledge: AutoCad, SolidWorks represent an advantage;
 • Project management;
 • Customer orientation and continuous improvement;
 • Spirit of initiative, creativity and flexibility;
 • Good organization, communication and time management skills.
