Join De’Longhi Group, a leader in the small kitchen appliances sector, as we continue to expand our ecommerce ecosystem across more than 30 international markets and Amazon marketplaces in 12 global markets. We're looking for a Senior Digital Data Analyst who is passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive decision-making and growth in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets from our ecommerce websites (spanning 4 sites) and Amazon marketplaces to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide data and insights to optimise SEO, advertising strategies, and conversion rate optimization across multiple platforms.
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to evaluate the performance of our ecommerce sites and the Amazon business.
- Lead the growth of the existing Data Lakes, CDP platforms and dashboards.
- Utilise advanced analytics techniques to forecast sales, understand customer segmentation, and drive business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and contribute to Data Analytics transformation projects collaborating with several teams to define and implement data-driven strategies.
- Engage in the development of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions, staying at the forefront of technological advancements in these areas.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in data analytics and ecommerce to ensure competitive advantage.
Job Profile
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Server Side Measurement, Google Cloud Platform, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio
