Job Responsibilities

We in De'Longhi Switzerland are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance department as a Business Analyst. As part of the Finance Team, reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing sales budgets & forecast and providing accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance, with a special focus on sales department.

Your tasks include:
- Tracking, monitoring, reporting, and analysing key financial indicators related to sales (prices, costs, margins, commercial contribution);
- Business partnering with the Sales department to provide guidance and strategic financial support for contributing to the decision-making process;
- Support in the preparation of financial planning (Forecast and Budget);
- Support, analysis and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS);
- Analysis and preparation of Management and Group Financial Reporting;
- Team Member of the Finance Team with a high level of interaction and communication with the HQ Group Finance Team;
- Ad hoc - analyses according to management requirements on current needs;
- Project management about the implementation of new systems and the optimization of reporting related to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Job Profile

Qualification & experience:
- Completed higher education in economics with a focus on financial controlling/auditing or comparable
- Analytical acumen and high affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication skills and business partnering mentality
- Advanced knowledge in Excel. SAP FI, SAP BW is a plus
- Fluent in German and English. Italian is a plus
- Max 2 Years of professional experience in the field of financial controlling/auditing
- Independent and structured way of working
