JUNIOR PRODUCT QUALITY OWNER (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

Drive the best quality performance of new and existing products, throughout the whole products development and manufacturing process. Manage with an End-to-End approach the whole quality life cycle of the products assigned.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Participate to NPD process assuring the application of the Group guideline and best practice;
- Participate to DFMEA definition with the aim to highlight potential safety, reliability and quality issues during the development phase, working with the team to find proper solutions before release for mass production;
- Manage the quality issues on existing products;
- Being the first interface between the Industrial Operations and the “external world”
(Service, Marketing, Sales) regarding quality highlights on existing products;
- Weight and prioritize the inputs received;
- Make a pre-analysis on the possible root causes (e.g. design, process, components) and activates the necessary resources for the improvement process;
- Whenever necessary, interface with factories and external suppliers to fix problems under her/his responsibility;
- Follow-up/manage the analysis and implementation of solutions in a structured way (e.g., “8D” report);
- Structure and summarize all the NPD quality issue issues and the improvement actions in a dedicated Quality Status;
- Come back with formal and regular feedback to whom originated the quality highlight;

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges:
- University Degree in engineering (electronic, mechanic)
- Knowledge of Quality tools: 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, PPAP, FMEA, Risk Analysis
- A good knowledge of English is mandatory
