Role Purpose:

 

Continuously drive SEO & PPC search performance for Danone UK&I’s brands to help achieve their marketing goals. Develop successful content marketing strategies which deliver long-term results for brand SEO.

 

·  Develop a content marketing strategy for relevant Danone UK&I brands which drives SEO performance. Execute SEO strategies with content partners to drive organic traffic and increase the visibility of our website.
·  Work with our internal team to plan and create engaging website content that can be amplified across other channels, including social and influencer.
·  Conduct keyword research, analyze website data, and stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes to ensure our website stays ahead of the curve
·  Manage a team of search experts to plan an efficient PPC strategy and deliver the day-to-day management of our Google and Bing accounts.
·  Understanding how CRO, UX, Performance Content, Digital PR, Web Analytics and CRM all work together to enhance customer experience and customer journey.
·  Be an all-round expert on on-page and off-page SEO: Link building, technical SEO, SEO audits etc.
·  Set brand OKRs for Organic traffic as a % of total, SERP visibility, keyword ranking, CTR, Bounce Rate and Domain Authority.
·  Lead SEO strategy governance throughout our ICP process.
·  Lead the evolution of our search strategy away from Google and into social media channels like TikTok and Pinterest.

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

 

·  Technical SEO
·  HTML/CSS
·  Comfortable with a range of analytical packages including GA, SEMRush, Heap and others
·  SEO reporting
·  Link building / Digital PR
·  Strategic thinking

 

Salary Bracket: £50,000 - £55,000
